| 1. | What is the "ADBASE License Agreement" and where can I get a copy of it? |
| The "ADBASE License Agreement" is the agreement that governs your use of the ADBASE service. In effect, it is an agreement between yourself and ADBASE made at the time of subscription and repeated each time you output a list from the ADBASE service. It is essential that you familiarize yourself with this agreement to avoid any confusion or any inadvertent license violations. You can read and/or print a copy of the "ADBASE License Agreement" by clicking on ADBASE License Agreement. |

| 2. | Can I send ADBASE data to a mail or email fulfillment company? |
| Yes, as long as you have them agree to proper use of ADBASE data. Please click on "Terms of Use" at the bottom of any page on our website. Then click on "Mail Fulfillment Company Registration" to print out the registration form. Write your name at the bottom of the form, under "Which subscriber of ADBASE asked you to register?" and fax the form to your mail fulfillment company with instructions to fill it out and fax it back to us. Once the completed form is faxed to us, we will input their company information onto our site and notify you that this has been done. You can then have the full data of any of your lists sent directly to them through the ADBASE website by clicking on "Send Lists to Your Mail Fulfillment Company" in the Output Center. |

| 3. | Why is it considered a license violation if I don't use the "Bcc:" field for my addresses in an email? |
| When you don't use the "Bcc:" field, you expose the email addresses to everybody receiving the email. This gives them a copy of the email addresses and will greatly increase the chances your email will be flagged as SPAM. |
